Webster defines assembly as the "putting together of manufactured parts to make a completed component or product." At McClarin Plastics, Inc., we do the mechanical function of assembly very well with our expertise in adhesives and fasteners, that include adhesive bonding in evaluation and application; steel and aluminum fabrications; ultrasonic welding, wood & foam inserts; and glass. More importantly, we are staffed to excel with the logistics of the assembly responsibility. We manage the details of design, contract review, procurement, fixture design and motion study, providing value stream management of the total process.
